  Nice condo. Typical Florida decor but a bit cleaner and in better condition compared to other condos we have stayed at. Owner was spectacular with providing info prior and during stay. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend it to others. Slightly pricy, but a step above. Makes all the difference.

  Wonderful Place to Stay, But Watch Out for Other

  Our vacation property was a great property in a great location. The only negative comment I have was with one particular other condo owner there who thought he owned all of the condos, pool and beach. He would police the pool, checking to make sure everyone there had a key, their flip flops and no bottles, while smoking a cigar in the no smoking area. The kids staying at the pool named him the "Pool Nazi" because we was constantly getting in other people's business and letting them know that they couldn't do this or couldn't do that. Unfortunately, he took away from what would have been a great vacation because of his daily policing and harassement of the adults and kids.

  The pool heater didn't work the entire two weeks of our stay. The ice maker wasn't working properly. Minor things but should be fixed.

  We have stayed in Fort Myers many times and this is one of our favorite places. Great location, lovely beach, large, open and spacious interior with lovely lanai. We had my three grown children with spouse and new baby grandchild.

  This was a fantastic place for our family holiday. The pool was ideal-shaded in the morning, access to the beach right outside. The interior was beautifully decorated and maintained-everything you could need. Communications with the owners was superb and they were very helpful and accommodating to our requests- Thanks Jim! We're not keen on the screened lanai's that are popular in Fort Myers condo's- they interrupt the amazing sea view. It's a shame they can't be temporarily removed. Overall though, this was a superb place for our holiday. Highly recommended!!

  Everything went well until we went home and found an e-mail saying we owed over $300.00 in damages. The wind broke some outside furniture along with a table broken by some kids jumping over the fence to the pool at night. We left 2 beach towels at the other property we rented, owned by the same people and there was a stain left on a pillow case they say, so it's going to cost us $350.00 to pay for such things they probably have insurance on. I would suggest getting a hotel instead.
