Run down house in a decent location

Although the customer service helped out when asked, we had to contact them far too often for our liking. The pump for the pool was dead, as were multiple lightbulbs, and most batteries in the TV remotes. The house had a good layut, but was run down. The bathrooms felt grimy with the mold in the tubs/showers, and the scuffs and knicks in most of the walls. THe location was ok - walking distance to the beach but not much else (unless you consider 1+ miles walking distance, or unless we blantenly missed things).
